Delivery & Setup

We deliver, set up, and pick up every rental. Any delivery fee is calculated from your event ZIP during booking.

Weekend Extra Time

Want more time? Add the Keep-It-for-the-Weekend option at checkout for $50 per item and we'll pick up after the weekend. You'll see it in your price breakdown before you pay.

Deposit Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. There are no refunds on deposits. When you pay the deposit, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance to the same card 24 hours before delivery.

Weather Policy

Safety comes first. If severe weather is forecasted, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Deposits are not refunded but can be applied to the rescheduled date.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can open the date for other customers.

Outside Service Area

Deliveries outside Central Mississippi may incur an additional travel fee. Contact us for a quote.
